• De-Coupling of Generator & note down the initial alignment readings

• Drive and non-drive bearing housing removal, Inspection Cleaning and Dry penetrant Test and Ultrasonic test.

• Removal of generator main rotor with the supporting structure / beam arrangement and removal tool.

• Dry Ice (CO-2(Cleaning of Main Stator, Rotor & exciter stator and exciter rotor with cleaning of all other parts)

• Varnishing (Class “F” insulation, B-6-665 red) & heating of 90Deg Temp(6Hours) Main Stator, Rotor & exciter stator and rotor

• Electrical Testing of Main Rotor, Main Stator, Exciter, PMG, RTD & BTD, Space Heater. RRA, Spring, etc.
